Like most of our songs, this one took a bit out of us.
But we like it that way. What good is a piece of music without a little bloodshed?
While working on this song, I learned something about myself.
It's never good enough. It's not perfect enough. It never sounds right.
And that's ok.
Because music isn't perfect. Some of my favorite songs have weird "mistakes" that I love.
Some of my favorite vocalists don't sing perfectly, and it's great. Because there's feeling behind it.
And thats how you connect with the music.
Well, there is definitely feeling behind these songs. And that's got to be good enough, right? Right.
